Check-in instructions

Upon check-in, guests are required to present a photo ID and a credit card.

Please note that Casa Az-Zagal may pre-authorise your credit card prior to check-in. If the pre-authorisation fails, the booking may be cancelled.

Minimum age for check-in is 18 years old.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome.

• 0 – 2 years | Cot (on request) – Free of charge

• 3 – 6 years | Extra bed or sofa bed on request – 35 euros per child per night (breakfast included)

• 7 years and over | Extra bed or sofa bed on request – € 70 per child/adult per night (breakfast included)

The prices for cots and extra beds or sofa beds are not included in the total price and have to be paid separately during your stay.

The number of extra beds and baby cots allowed depends on the option you choose. Please check your selected option for more information.

All cots and extra beds are subject to availability.
